Happy National Wellness Month // with Jamina

August in National Wellness Month! A month to remind us of the importance of self-care and a time to create new habits and routines. As we continue to face a global pandemic, the fight for racial justice, and our own personal mental health battles, now more than ever it’s important to take care of ourselves. Being well can mean a lot of different things for you and I. Prioritizing my needs and putting myself first, is something I am continuing to practice as I strive for better wellness in my life. Remember, self-care is not selfish, and rest is an essential part to our mental and emotional well-being.


I chatted with my beautiful friend, Jamina about what being well means to her, how she’s practicing wellness right now, and what she’s doing to continue to stay well in this season. Watch and enjoy!
