Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!
In case you didn't know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health is a subject that’s so important and it's something that's been so impactful in my life. Taking care of ourselves might not always come easy, (it certainly doesn't for me) but through therapy, self-care practices and a lot of patience with myself, I’m on a path to a better me.
I sat down (virtually) with my long-time college friend, Bobby, who is a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate in Seattle. We dive into a bit of my mental health story, navigating how to find the right therapist, and how to take care of ourselves every day. We hope you enjoy it!
